Help Phone call management in Note 3.

I want to by-pass the dial pad keying during the phone call is in active. I mean, I want to provide the options(from keyboard) like customer support call in the hard-coded format in the code.

In specific- if the call is active and it is waiting for a input from user how we can provide it in the code directly, instead of dialing from dial pad?

If you're talking about an app you're writing, you should ask to have this moved to the app development section.

Otherwise, you'll have to explain what you mean better. You can't change an existing app to give menu buttons.
