phone does not turn on sometimes

hi, after a full charge (i tend to turn it off while charging) my desire wont turn on.

it will vibrate about 3 or 4 times and then nothing. the only way to rectify is to take the battery out, put it in then turn it on.

anyone else had this problem?

anyone know why this happens??

I think its the battery... I have had the same problem and even took it back into Telus and they replaced my motherboard in an attempt to correct it... still happening... so today I carefully added a thin piece of cardboard beside the battery once it was in place to hold it firm... I'm wondering if the battery connection inside isnt tight enough? Hoping this works....debmac
