Phone hangs and then restart

Hi,
I'm new here and I have some issues with my Sony Ericsson Xperia X10. Every now and then, my phone will just hang and then restart itself. Sometimes it happens when I'm on a call. I noticed that it starts to happen when I turn off my roaming / mobile networks recently. Appreciate any help that you guys could give cause this is driving me mad .... Thanks.
