Phone (HTC Sensation) vibrates on a call

When I make a call and the call connects, my phone vibrates.

Annoys the hell out of me, how can I turn it off, tried everything

You should be able to disable the vibrate feature from inside settings > sound. Just uncheck the vibrate box. If this doesn't work, then you might want to check in with other users of this device.

Edit: Is your device the HTC Sensation 4G or not?

As far as I know this is a htc function built in, I don't believe it can be disabled.
Check under the call settings in menu / settings / calls. I don't have a sensation, so I'm not 100% sure what your options are.
