Help Phone keep cutting of

Hi
Has anyone been having problems with there phone as far as cutting off by itself or phone going on mute & hold without the button even beening press & call your contact list without you doing it yourself.... So I'm just seeing if there may have been a recall on the product that I haven't heard about

Most likely an app that you installed is causing this. Try uninstalling any recent apps, reboot and see if that stops the issue
