Phone not ending phone calls

On my Captivate sometimes when I end a phone call it doesn't actually end it. No one is on the line but there's a green phone icon at the top-left. If I go to notifications (or ue the pull-down) it says that the call is still active. It won't let me end it, though. I can mute...speaker...but "end" does nothing. It won't allow me to place calls, either. Anyone else seeing this happen? I end up having to reboot my phone.
