Help Phone not letting me text, call or look at contacts

Ok so I have had my DInc for almost a month now and all the sudden it won't let me text using handscent or the stock messages app. I cant view my contacts, and it won't let me call any one.

I have tried killing all the apps, deleting old text messages, pulled the battery, restarted the phone. Nothing works but waiting for the phone to work again. This has happened to me at least four times now, and each time it happens for about twenty minutes each time.

Any one know of a fix, have any suggestions for me to try the next time it happens, or has this happened to anyone else?
