Has anyone experienced any problems with your phones not receiving phone calls? I've had, on more than one occasion, where people are trying to call me and it doesn't go through. My phone never rings but the person told me that it rang 3 times and went to voicemail. Is that Galaxy build problem or is that a T-Mobile problem? If there isn't an easy fix, I'm gonna call Customer Care and see if I can get the phone swapped for something else...

It only happens for me when I have 3g on for awhile. It will actually tell me I have no connection to the network. I just tell it to only use 2g networks and then bam I get a signal. It sucks. Must be the antenna getting to hot or something.

See that's weird then. Where I live, I only get 2g and text messages come through fine. Just sometimes phone calls don't come through...

I'm gonna call T-mobile this afternoon and see if I can swap for a Cliq or a Slide... Wish me luck.

Well when I talked to T-mobile they told me that it was my sim card going bad and to go to the store to pick up a new one for free.

By the way, you don't need to get that app to turn off 3g. In your Android settings, go to Wireless Controls, Mobile Networks, then check the option that says "Use only 2g networks."

It's an issues with the 2.1 and 2.2 android operating system.. known issue.. no fix as of yet. Just keep up with daily maintenance like turning it off once a day, and make sure to clear browser cache and sms regularly

It's not T-Mobile. It's the phone and it's a known issue. I have had this problem for while on my S5. After trying everything available I found disabling call waiting solved this issue without having to change my LTE settings. My S5 is on 24 hours a day without rebooting for days on end. Hope this helps. (keyboard/settings/call/additional settings/call waiting)
