Phone not registered on network?Support

  1. Hello! About 28 hours ago I got my phone on a new contract on Vodafone through the carfone warehouse. The lovely assistant kindly put the sim card in, and told me I would have to wait 14 hours max for it to work.

    However, nothing has happened. I've turned it off and on again, taken out the sim and reinserted it, but to no avail.

    Calling Vodafone on it or trying to text or use the internet doesn't work. It's decided to hate me! Instead it comes up with "Phone not registered on network" whenever I try to do something. I'm definetly registered, as it took about half an hour for the thing to go throguh on vodafone from the carphone warehouse

    It says no service where the network name should be, and it has a cross in a circle instead of signal diagram. Could any body tell me what is the matter or how to fix it?

    Your Documents needs to be verified before SIM Activation .
    Contact carfone warehouse and ask them what's wrong .
    Or contact Vodafone via other phone to know details of activation .
  3. They have been. I sat while they contacted the company to do so. Hence why I'm confused.
