Phone problems

My eris sometimes has phone trouble. It will work fine for a while and then without warning the sound (in speaker or bluetooth device) stops and I can't transmit. The screen shows the phone call being made but I cant hear anything and no one can hear me. It goes away after I reboot but then it will happen again without warning.

Any ideas?

Call Verizon and explain your situation. They will send you a new phone. You have the silent bug issue some others have experienced.
