Help Phone stops accepting incoming calls after remaining idle for long.

I purchased Samsung J1 (Android Kitkat 4.4) few months ago. If the phone remains idle for many hours (usually during the night), it stops accepting incoming calls by morning. Only after I make a call, I am able to start receiving calls.

If someone tries calling my number, they don't hear a ring. After a few seconds of engaged beeps, the call drops.

The problem has existed since the day I turned it on. Everything else works fine.

I don't use the phone for anything else besides calling / recieving so bluetooth, wifi and mobile data are all turned off. I don't have any extra apps installed.

Any solutions?

Have you checked that blocking mode (in the phone settings) is not causing this?
