Help Phone wont USB-Connect

ok, so yesterday i wanted to put some files on my phone from my pc with the USB connection.
(i did it the day before the exact same way) my problem here is that my phone won't connect at all and it will only charge the phone when i connect it.
the computer doesn't see the phone even when i put it into media sync.
i've tried connecting my phone to two different computers and both didn't work so it must be something in my phone.
i'm using the LG Optimus E975.
i would like some help with this matter

I'm not an expert, but until they show up I can say that if it worked the day before and stopped working now it sounds like something must have gotten changed in your usb settings on the phone. I'd go back in there and make sure that everything is "checked" the way it should be before I tried anything else!
