Root phone won't wake up using power button and won't recognize sd card

my husband has rooted his phone and flashed fresh 1.0.1.
his phone won't wake up using the power button and he has to take out the battery and it won't recognize the sd card.
we both rooted about a week ago and are both experiencing seperate problems. (mine keeps randomly rebooting during the day).
we didn't have any of these issues earlier in the week.
what do we do. thanks.

Boot into recovery, wipe data & dalvik cache and re-flash Fresh 1.0.1... Should be fine afterwards.
