    Any of you make pickled eggs and sausages?

    My egg formula:

    1 dozen hard-boiled eggs placed in a resealable glass jar.
    Add 1/2 table spoon each of peppercorns, red pepper flakes and pickling spices
    Fill the jar with vinegar
    Seal the jar and store it in the refer for 20 days.

    Went to a French style restaurant for my birthday last December. Had some pickled devil eggs and they were awesome! :D
    Big fan of anything pickled.

    Now you've gone and done it... I need hot eggs and sausages. Haven't had either since I was young and footloose. Lots of nights that was dinner washed down with a few brews. :)

    Haha as i still call it "breakfast4din" lol. We still do it =D

    As for me, i just like cooking so, anything that involves me making and preparing food... good to go!

    A few of the Taverns, back in the day, kept some of those gallon jars with pickle eggs and pickle pig feet around.

    I really don't eat it anymore.
