    What app can I get to edit pictures? I want to be able to zoom and blur/go over/erase stuff over like licesnse plates etc.

    Hi. Adobe has a version of Photoshop which is free and does a lot of things although for the moment it doesn't have an eraser.

    Picsa is worh a look. It is free, has a photo editer, and you can upload photos directly from your gallery over the web or by importing into picasa via usb to your pc. Awesome program.

    Photoshop is fairly limited. Picsay has quite an extensive free version and a feature packed pay version.

    My vote is also with Picsay as it is very easy to use and has a great feature set.
