Play Music: How do you make it refresh?

Since we're Android users and I'm assuming we're all using Google Play, I hope it is okay to post this here.

I am using "Play Music" to stream all my tunes. I used the option to upload songs from iTunes to Play Music. If I add songs to playlists on iTunes, how do I get Play Music to refresh so that the songs on the iTunes lists are also listed in Play Music?

It seams to be doing it on it's own.
