    I've noticed that a number of pre-orderers have been getting this message (including me):

    Order Status: We have received your order. Please check back tomorrow.

    I thought I would start a thread to see if we can figure out what it means.

    Existing Verizon member who renewed with a 2E2 online. I'm not sure if the money has been charged yet.

    Existing VZW using early upgrade.

    Just spoke with a CSR - although he was very nice, he couldn't find my order anywhere. He gave me the number to online support (which wont be open until tomorrow) but thought I might have to re-order it. I will be calling my bank first, then online support, and will let you guys know what happens.

    This is really frustrating though. :(

    I am not so sure. My status changed to that yesterday. And has been like that since. I think crimton said his changed to that late Friday evening.

    I believe there are still people getting shipping notices. But even then - just changing the status to processed doesnt mean it will ship immediately. It basically just means its paid for and good to go. Most people didnt even get tracking numbers until 24 hours after they received the processed message.

    Not to start a fight, but not the same topic. That thread is about people getting their status changed and getting things processed and shipped. This one seems to be put together for those of us who don't have a status that states it was processed, and no one who has our status, from what I can tell, has had a tracking confirmation.

    Looks like this thread was put together to see if there are commonalities and to try to figure the puzzle out. Also, I would imagine so that we don't clutter up the other thread.

    I got that since I ordered on Friday. Pretty sure its because its a pre-order and they haven't shipped it yet as it lists (at least on mine) "or waiting for phone availability".

    Right, for people waiting for their status to change. Ours already has changed, but not to the same status as everyone else. Thus trying to figure out why. That's all. And I would imagine they created this thread so that our trying to figure it out didn't clutter up that thread or, better yet, get lost in the fast moving pace of that thread.

    I am thinking this thread is more of a sleuth type thread to figure out why we didn't get to play in the sandbox with the rest of the cool kids. :-D

    hmmmm did you guys all call and they couldn't find your order?or was it just Domino's? I know you have to wait until tom to call online ordering but besides them....

    exactly - Jakaro, I've been on that thread all day posting numbers for people. The majority of people get the status that says their order has been processed and to expect it in 2-3 days. We began to talk about our status and why it was different from the others but communication on a specific topic other than processing is very difficult to keep up with on that thread. Hence, the birth of this thread. I'm not trying to be rude by any means but this status comes with an email saying our orders are in queue. Not the general shipping email that everyone else is getting. I will attempt to figure out why our orders are different tomorrow. It will be easier to get the message to the people that actually need it by having a thread for people that actually need it.

    I guess you should change the thread name to......"we have received your order" BUT....because I think ppl don't get it.....I am sorry guys...who knows maybe I end up here to when my number finally comes up...then I'll play in the sandbox of the not so cool kids too...lol....but I hope you find a solution by tom...hey and even if you have to re-order...their promise still stands for getting it on the 29th...STILL SUCKS!!!!;o(

    I called also and they couldn't find the order. Also, I have never received an email from Verizon, except for the one right after placing the order on the 19th. So you received an email about being in a queue? I have been checking both the inbox and the spam folder. nada, nothing.

    Yeah, I was thinking the same thing about the title. Oh well, I hope you don't end up back here with us! haha. I feel like I'm in detention or something! :p We should have an answer (or six) by tomorrow. I'll be calling as soon as I wake up.

    My status changed to this today. Order Received, check back tomorrow. Not sure what it means. I am a new customer. Ordered 2 phones on a family plan and porting numbers from our old phones.

    One problem I had was the credit card I used to initially order on the 19th was flagged as possibly compromised so I had to cancel the credit card. I called Verizon on Thursday and they said they couldn't change anything on my order yet. When I saw orders starting to process yesterday, I called back yesterday and they took my new credit card information. He told my they were going to be processing orders on Monday and Tuesday.

    I hope he knew it would come to this status...that would be nice if they go through and process monday or tuesday. But the CSR i talked to couldnt even find that I placed an order! And I'm now able to go through and order a phone with my upgrade again when before it was faded.

    heres exactly what i did: i did an annual upgrade with my primary line. in other words i upgraded after a year on my two year contract. i got the ne2 pricing but not the credit. i used my debit card to pay which is a visa. i ordered on the 18th at about 10:30 cst. i then got this email on friday when my status changed to we have received your order check back tomorrow:
