please Help, can't access sd card on my laptop..

Hi, need urgent Help I try accessing my phone Samsung Galaxy Grand2 via usb cable on my laptop, I wanted to transfer some documents to my sd card, on My computer once I click on phone icon, it shows phone and sd card option, now I can see all the folders and files on phone drive but on sd card it only shows one folder 'System Volume Information' and no other folder, I cant even create new folder, what could be the problem, please help
