Please Help: Cleared Download Manager data

I had a download that was continuously preparing to download and every time I tried to force stop my download manager it would come back, so I cleared my download manager data thinking it was just like a short term memory for the application after seeing how small the data was. Now I cannot download ANYTHING. I can't even open google play store. It just says google play store has stopped working. I have no idea what to do at this point. Please somebody help me. I need to download more music and games

I've cleared my download manager data before and haven't encountered any problems, so I'm not sure what's going on.

Could you provide some additional information?
- What is your device and carrier?
- What Android version are you on?
- Is your phone stock or rooted?
- Have you tried rebooting?
- Have you tried removing your Google account and re-adding it?

-It is an LG Optimus G (LG-E970) Through AT&T
- Android Version 4.1.2
- It's Rooted but I havent don't anything after rooting it.
- Haven't tried rebooting. Will do that now.
- Yes I have removed my google account and re-added it

Well the re-boot fixed it lol. Don't know why I didnt think of that before. Thank you very much
