Hi guys so i have samsung s4 gt-i9500 octa core

i rooted my phone but the supers is stuck i cant do anything i go to settings in supersu and try to full unroot it dosent do anything i tried factory reset and still supersu is in my phone it didn't uninstall and even when i try to update it says you must to remove old version of supersu to install new version

i cant do anything its stuck i tried everything but it cant be uninstall even root explorer it just cant be uninstalled

What are you trying to do and why are you trying to usinstall Super SU?

You also may get better luck going to the carriers root forum for the S4

Samsung Galaxy S4 - Android Forums and asking in there instead as they may have more of an idea of what to do. Good Luck
