So last week I was installing beats audio from the play store and when it rebooted it wouldn't go past the boot logo. It's been stuck like this for a week. I can charge the battery, that's fine. I can also get into Android system recovery <3e>, but I don't think I have clockworkmod recovery installed (which is what I was reading about on other forum posts). The only options I have in Adroid system recover <32> are: reboot system now apply update from sdcard wipe data/factory reset wipe cache partition I've tried all of these in every possible sequence. I've downloaded and attemped to install the ZTE SCORE factory image and install it from the "apply update from sdcard" option by placing it in the sdcard root folder and renaming it "update.zip, but it gives me this error every single time (along with every other image I've tried to load with this method): -- Install /sdcard ... Finding update package... Opening update package... Verifying update package... E:signature verification failed Installation aborted. I AM SO FRUSTRATED AND UPSET WITH THIS PHONE... :'( I've tried taking it to the Cricket store and they won't do a single thing about it since it's been 15 days since I bought it. They basically told me to go screw myself. I've been really low on cash, this has been one of my only forms of communication that I can use... PLEASE HELP ME!!!
