Help please help me galaxy 4s battery problem

I bought this phone off eBay about 6 months ago, ever since like 3 months my phone has been draining quickly. It could only last about 1 hour to q hour and a half at low brightness and battery saver. Then 2 months ago my phone started randomly turning off at wrong time such as phone charge is 50%,30% sometimes 20% and my phone is always very hot when I go on it for more than 5 minutes. I tried changing the battery it was fine for 2 weeks or so then the same thing started happening. What do i do?

Hi Muath A, Have you tried saving your Data/contacts then doing a Factory Reset. Uninstall any Apps previously installed get back to standard if you can. I purchased my Galaxy S4 from Trademe (NZ) it had lots of Apps the previous owner had installed including Optus (Network).
It showed about 5 screens of Apps and since I cleaned it up - it has less than 3 screens showing. My Battery on standby lasts about 3 and a half days. This video on youtube is worth looking at too. Neil.
