please help sdcard problem !

Hello every body
Well here is my problem.....
I was taking my phone to the warranty to fix somthing. And i was taking copies of my files. And i copied my music file from my internal sd card to the external one. Then poof couldnt find it any where !!!!. Any tips anybody

Reboot.
Unmount/remount.
Check your path to make sure you put it where you wanted.
Search for one of the songs to find the path.

Just like you would in Windows. Use the common sense answers and they usually work.

Thnx for ur reply, but it didnt help. The whole folder disappered and i cant find it and there is no taken space shown !!

So just to be certain ... you plugged in your phone and both the internal storage partition and the SD card showed up as two volumes. You dragged your music from the internal to the SD card, a progress bar showed that the files moved. And when you unplugged the phone, you couldn't find the files on the SD card. Does that sound right?

Okay. As long as no error was thrown, the files were mot likely copied. Could it be possible that you dropped them on a folder unintentionally?

If they are mp3's, I'd plug the phone in again, open the sd card and search the whole volume for *.mp3
