Help please help

i was exploring my settings and clicked accessibility. whatever i did in there has now made my phone useless. anything i select just highlights itself red and a female voice states what i selected but thats as fas as it goes. nothing opens. for example. i click the home icon, she says home, i click the menu button and she says "add wallpaper search notifications settings. i click settings and the only thing that happens is she says settings and the settings selection turns red but doesnt open. how can i get back into the settings to undo what i selected?

whew. false alarm. if this happens all u need to do is double click your selections for them to open

Thank you, could not figure this out!!! What caused it on my phone was selecting 'Voice Readouts' from the Accessibility Settings.
