I still thinks its gonna be a couple weeks or so off. We'll find out monday, thats typically when they start the OTA roll-outs

I'd be way thrilled if it came tomorrow, but I think your prob right about time frame.

They're still running off of build 15 and it's been over a month. I wouldn't be surprised if the update is sitting on the server waiting to be pushed, and we just don't know what it's named yet.

i went back to pure stock v6 and recovery.. plugged in and the update software downloaded a 630mb file... its in download mode now... im praying its ics... couldnt wait for it to finish.. lol.. if its ics ill take a shit ton of screenshots and upload for you guys

    ...edit...
finished updating.. boots up and what do i find.... V6..... what a bummer
  9. Neph81

    Neph81 Well-Known Member

That sounds really big for just V6. Can you do me a favor and adb into your phone and grab this file.

    /cache/fota/ipth_package.bin.dd

This contains all the info for what just download on your phone as a text file. Inside is a link to what actually downloaded. It may provide better insight as to what the 630mb package actually was.

I should have mentioned that you need su to pull anything fron /cache/fota

Can you root and adb shell into the directory and tell us if you see anything?
