Maybe I'm late to the party, but I just discovered this app today, and it's the greatest! It allows you to group multiple widgets into a single shortcut, and have them appear on-screen in just about any position, color, or permutation you can imagine. The advantage being that you don't have to clutter up your screen (and suck battery life) for something you access only occasionally. I'm still learning, but I have one that pops up the 5-day weather forecast for my current location and my daily schedule (Google Calendar). The dev advises that responsiveness might slow down with > 5 widgets configured, but it is instant with the two I've tried so far.
