I'd guess he was referring to overlaying a screenshot on the stock photo of a nexus. Which can be done quite easily here: http://android-ui-utils.googlecode.com/hg/asset-studio/dist/device-frames.html

The icons are available as an ADW pack on Android Market:
https://market.android.com/details?id=jp.u1aryz.products.metrostation

You need a launcher such as Nova Launcher to change the dock icons.

As for the soft keys, I changed them using Metamorph:
https://market.android.com/details?id=stericson.xda.metamorph

Attached to this post is the zip file that you can use with Metamorph.

Remember to make a backup before you perform any system file changes!

My screen for the week. I'm trying to get the icons a little more lined up with the black strip....work in progress.

The purple/pink dot is the app drawer. I move that around from time to time.

Edit: I blacked out the softkeys because I know exactly where they are so I don't have any issues with that. Also you can't see it on the screen shot but I have the battery bar at the very top. Same color as the app drawer button.

that is beautiful widgets clock theme either roboto clear or ice cream sandwich. not sure about the weather theme. also widget size should be beautiful superclock 4x2

Thanks! I thought it was the Home widget which is why I was so confused.. this app is so confusing because superclock and home widget are so similar.. anyways I found the exact skins they are:
-Vanilla ICS (for the clock, note that the other ICS or Roboto themes for the clock have the AM/PM in a weird position several pixels below the time text)
-Aquamix (for the weather)

I also begged people to list what widgets, fonts, themes, etc. when they posted their desktops, but that seems to be ignored. It would help with the 20 "What is.." posts that come after each great desktop post. Just seems like a smart/courteous thing to do.
