It is ota. But you can get it from the website listed in the replies in this thread...and I'm not rooted and I have full use of all the features. Split screen and all

I finally got the update by clearing Google framework and then checking for an update. So far it looks cool! I'm loving the multi-window!

Its really stupid how stock phones cant use any app in Multi Window. Id assumed it was because the apps would have to be programmed to do it but as Rxpert says, with a custom rom it isnt limited

Yup, thats samsungs doing. The apps they allow you to use are pretty useless together

I noticed we are missing one feature and that is the Notification Panel feature. This feature allows you to put what you want and in the order you want your notifications in the bar above.

This happened to me too. I have the new Gallery, Page Buddy feature, etc but not the Notification Panel. Was the 'premium suite' split into multiple updates?

I know those outside the U.S. received the Premium Suite with the 4.1.2 update. It came with everything. Here in the U.S. we received our updates separately. But I am not sure why we did not receive the Notification Panel. Maybe it will come in a separate update. But its not a big deal with me. But the Premium Suite is a separate update from the 4.1.2.

Sprint Galaxy S3 Premium Suite update- Go to settings, applications, and find Google service framework and clear data and force stop. Then go to Samsung Software Update and check for update. You may have to do this a few times but eventually you will get the update. (I had to do it 3 times)

When I cleared google services framework and searched, I didn't get the update...and it ended up causing an error in play store. I had to remove my google account and re-add it...

Unfortunately, the ability to use any app for multi window requires root

That just sucks. I havent rooted yet. been holding off; lets see what happens.

Well I just got home from work and my fiance told me she had a system update today on her GS III well I looked and she now has Premium suite On her GS III through T-Mobile so that's t-mobile, sprint, not sure about verizon or at&t but I can confirm sprint and T-mobile now have updated their GS III's to premium suite.

Now Her android version is 4.1.2 on her t-mobile GS III and mine is also 4.1.2 on my sprint GS III
