Help Privacy protection password removal

Hi,my android device have been blocked because i forgot my privacy protection password.I have restored the device to its factory setting but the same problem still appears.Can you help me please

You didn't provide much information such as phone model and Android version. From the little info I have it sounds like factory reset protection. It's it asking for your Google account information? If so, simply enter the required information.

You could also try logging into Android device Manager on your computer and changing your password from there.

this only changes lock password NOT privacy protection password for anti theft

Are you using anti theft from Google or from an app?

It was built into my phone Telstra ZTE T815 android....Im not real tech savy, actually pretty dumb when it comes to this stuff....I think I set up remote anti theft but when I put in a different sim to check msg it locked me out and cant open phone with or without any sim unles I put in a privacy protection password...its got me stuffed

Not too many good reviews, but nonetheless you still need to remember that password. Why did you remove the sim card?
