Problem adding songs in Xperia Ray

Last week I bought new hand phone which is Xperia ray then after couple of days I upgrade it to android 4.0. Each and every time when I'm trying to add song or ringtone to my sd card there will be a box pop out which shows that unable to add files to my sd card even though my music files are in the correct format. Please someone help me to solve this problem
