Help Problem in the update to 2.2 via kies

I want to upgrade to android to 2.2 from 2.1, but there is a problem!!
Kies in my computer did not see latest frimware !! and the button (frimware upgrade) no active !!

device : i5800 samsung


What is the solution?

there is none as you have the latest firmware (official) for the i5800/01

I think leon1z means 'roms'.

You check which ROM you have from the Home screen by clicking on Applications > Settings > About Phone and looking at Firmware version and Baseband version and also Build Number.

If you also register with www.samfirmware.com you can look at the list of Samsung i5800 firmware and choose one to upgrade from 2.1 to 2.2.

as long as u dont flash the boot loader their is no risk in flashing the same
and most custom roms dont come with the same
the only risc u have is loosing ur warranty and u can go to samfirmware and download the firmware for ur country and flash it if and when u have a warranty issue
this is my experience flashing many many custom roms on my SG3 u can see a lot available at XDA if u want to try them
