Problem on my use file transfer nexus s

Last week I have a problem when I plug my nexus s with PC to transfer the files

all folders becom as a shortcut and when I tried open it this erroe window appeared

I note all the folders on mobile become duplicated with *.lnk extension

maybe this help you to solve my problem
