Problem with Google Apps via exchange.Support

    Hi Everyone,

    I have the following issue with my Galaxy S and I was wondering if anyone else has run into this problem. I tried this on another Galaxy S and I had the same problem.

    Every few days the phone "forgets" my exchange account and I have to re-enter all the settings. This is usually after I have a new email notification and I click on the email app. In the email application is shows no accounts setup however under settings it shows the "corporate" account as setup.

    The setup is as follows:
    - Gmail account as the main account for the phone
    - Google Apps domain synced via exchange using the built in email client. I sync contacts, calender and email.

    I have advanced task killer installed but the auto feature is disabled. Also the problem doesn't appear when I use kill apps, it happens after the phone has been idle for a while.

    Does anyone know what might cause this? Is there a log I can check?

    This happens whenever I switch out my SIM card. Are you doing that as well?

    Same problem here with Samsung Galaxy S. Does someone have a solution yet?

    I've had this a few times now. I'm using a real Exchange server.

    At some point the email app will stall when I go to open it and have a blank screen. If I force close it or do anything else I end up being prompted for the account details again when I next open the Email app.

    The whole account is missing from the Accounts & Sync list, too.

    So annoying.
