Root Problem with GV 1.6

Afternoon guys

flashed GV 1.6 at weekend and been having more of an annoyance than a problem

when my phone is locked and i press the power button to bring the unlock screen up

i notice on occassion that it says "no service"

in the top right hand corner, even when i do have service

then maybe a minute later it'll say "Orange" - my provider

anyone else experiencing this?

I installed it yesterday and can't say I've noticed that, although today I had a voicemail message left without having a missed call, which is strange because my phone has been on all day and I work in the City Centre so coverage is never an issue.

Only issue I've had so far is the homescreen locking up, but hopefully that was just a one-off as it hasn't done it again since.
