Help problem with my x10ram ( please help me )

i have one xperia x10 and i have one problem with this ... i want to derband my x10 when i went to install new ram on x10 Disconnect install and after this happen my mobile not working .. when i turn it on i show error and android os not working and i show a picture of x10 and yellow Triangle inside that ...
i dont know i should to do to fix this problem ... please help me ...

and when i want to use sony ericsson update service to fix i show this ( in picture ) and i cant reinstall ram ...

please help me ....

did you try to press the power button and back button simultaneously for 5 seconds?
If doesn't works, remove battery while 20 second.

yes i do but not working ... when i do i see sony ericssson and after i see yellow Triangle inside x10 icon ...
