Problem with Push Mail

Hopefully someone else out there has the same issue as me. Anyway, I have a HTC Desire running Froyo on T-Mobile UK. Every night at midnight my Exchange push email decides to come through. The schedule is set for peak times at 7am to 7pm and manual at non-peak times. The phone will be plugged in on standby and at the stroke of midnight I will get a notification.

I have checked all of the settings, restarted the phone, resetup the mail accounts etc and nothing will stop it happening.

It started happening a few months ago and I have started to live with it but it would be nice if it was a known fault and there was a fix!

I'm also on T-mob, Froyo. I have my Exchange sync set to push 8 am- 5 pm, then every hour off peak. It works flawlessly. Maybe it's the 'manual' setting that's screwing it up somehow.
