Root Problems flashing Nils' Business ICS 4.0.3 Sense

I recently unlocked, rooted my HTC Rezound, and flashed CONFROMv6 successfully.

Then I tried to flash Nils' Business ICS 4.0.3 Sense 3.6 and my device hung at the 4G LTE screen for over 90 minutes

After removing the battery, I am able to get to hboot.
From hboot I get the following (briefly) before it gets to the hboot menu

From hboot I have the following options
Fastboot
Recovery
Factory Reset
Clear Storage
Simlock
Image CRC

This is the process I followed
downloaded Business ICS and the boot image was inside a PH98IMG that was inside a folder called "kernel". (I mistakenly
did not unzip the folders when putting on my SD card)

moved boot image into the same folder as adb/fastboot. put recovery (recovery-ra-vigor-3.16-gnm.img) image into this folder as well.


usb debugging is enabled and plugged in phone,opened cmd window an cd /mini-adb

type "adb devices"
got serial # back

typed "adb reboot bootloader"

typed "fastboot boot recovery-ra-vigor-3.16-gnm.img"

I got the white htc screen,followed by recoverys main menu

made a backup

wiped and flashed rom with the onscreen menus on phone. (wiped data/factory reset, data, cache,and dalvik cache)

typed "adb devices"

typed "adb reboot bootloader"

typed "fastboot flash boot boot.img"

receieved the "ok" that the kernel had flashed

typed "fastboot reboot"

I have an SD card reader

The PC does not detect the phone.

I have tried the factory reset option from hboot and it just hangs at the white htc screen.
Same when I select recovery, just goes to the white htc screen and hangs.
The phone doesn't seem to take a charge now, orange light is appearing and it won't turn on.

Is there anything I can do to get my phone working? I don't care if I have to wipe it clean and return to stock rom, anything
so that my phone is more useful than a paperweight.

Did the phone indicate the Rom flash was successful? Sounds like you have an incompatible kernel,but I'm not sure why,unless the boot image you flahsed wasn't correct. Make sure there aren't multiple boot images in the fastboot folder.

I would try booting amon,then flash the Rom without flashing the boot image.

Failing that,boot recovery and restore your backup.

Failing that,a copy of your cmd window,and screen shot of your adb/fastboot folder may help. aand a link of the rom youre trying to flash.
