Problems

I have my phones for 3 days but already have a few problems.
--Video with the camera, voice search, voice dialer did not work and had error messages.
--Screen wouldn't rotate or take a long time to.
--Zoom in and out doesn't work sometimes or take a while to work.
--The screen freeze up quite often.
Sure would hate to take it back, should I just get another one or should I get a bb if it comes to that.
