Help Programming menu problems

I'm trying to access the Programming menu on my D2 via the dialer, which I have done successfully in the past. Now when I enter ##7764726 and hit send it gives me a "complete action using" menu. I can still access my programming menu if I set up a shortcut through AnyCut. What's going on?

Have there been any changes to your D2 recently, such as an update, ROM flash, etc?

No updates that I am aware of, and definately no rom flashes. The phone is rooted, but I accessed this menu fine before and was rooted then too

When I use that code I get Enter SPC Password ? .. and ideas ?

SPC password is 000000, six zeros. I can't even get to that point. I enter the code, phone pauses for a millisecond, and then gives me the "complete action using" menu
