Is this possible? When I go into a picture's details, I am able to change the file name and I see "Status: Not protected." Is there a way to protect them by locking or another means? I have scoured the internet looking for answers and nothing comes up. TIA!

Hi wildeyes and welcome! This is a great forum!

I never did find an answer about protecting the pics. What I do is upload them to my Google + account now so if anything does happen to them, I can find them. For the life of me, I can't believe there is no way to lock a pic on the SD card.
