pt-sg310k2b-t platinium case

Hi, i bought a pt-sg310k2b-t platinium case. The case is great and he come with a bluetooth keyboard.

I have a issue, the M on the keyboard do , and the ; do the M.

I try geek squad at best buy, they told me to go exchange it, I dit it and I still have the same issue. So my guess is with the configuration.

I try French and English keyboard set up, still have the issue.

I can't find any web site, youtube, etc talking about the keyboad.

can anyone help me ?
