PUK code for Verizon Galaxy NexusSupport

    Does anyone know what it is or where i can find it? I somehow locked my SIM and can't find the code anywhere on the box or receipt (nor online under My Verizon). Can't call Customer Service either since I can't unlock my phone. Ayuda!

    If you head here, select residential, then Call Us, you'll be prompted to enter your zip code and it should give you a number to call for customer services.

    Calling CS is all well and good..if I could use my phone..which I can't..Cause it's locked. I was hoping someone knew the PUK code so I don't have to wait until tomorrow to call from work.

    I believe the PUK code is specific to the phone/SIM Card so you have no option but to contact Verizon unfortunately.

    I know its a little late to solve the OP's problem, but for those that might stumble across this thread. Login to My Verizon on vzw.com, then go to My Verizon > My Device. The bottom option to the right of the phone picture should be "Unlock SIM (PUK) Now". Clicking through should give you the unlock code for your SIM.

    Hey, PCFENS, thanks so much for your post. Somehow my phone (VZW Galaxy Nexus) became locked today and wanted me to enter the PUK Code. I had no idea what it was or how it became locked. I still am not sure how it got locked, but a quick Google search led me to the Android Forums and your post. Excellent advice. Problem solved.

    Thank you to the OP for bringing up the topic and to pcfens for the solution. I just now restarted my phone (because i have no 3g connection for some reason and thought reboot would fix it) and it puk locked me for some reason.

    So thanks for steering me in the right direction since verizon's website is so clear and easy to navigate when you have issues like this. NOT. Saved me the hassle of having to talk to a customer support drone reading me a script.
