    Hi all

Yet another newbie attempting to create a popular app. I have a puzzling queiry (puzzling to me anyway).

    1. Someone develops an app for Anroid OS and it is compatible with all versions
    2. People download it and install on Android OS device
    3. Some people say it dosnt work on their device

    Why dosnt it work?

Surely if you have Android OS on your device, it should work or am I missing something? Is it a hardware issue or software issue? From what I have seen of Android OS, regardless of mobile device, it looks identical and most mobile devices are identical in features.

    Thanks for any information.

    multiple reasons possible.
    - Hardware I guess could be one
    - App is designed for newer version of the OS
    - Other Apps or phone settings are causing a conflict with the app.

the last one is probably the answer your looking for.

You need a lil bit more information than that. You are being too vague.

Just wondered as alot of i5700 owners are having problems with Google Navigation and the "searching for GPS" even though it will follow the route without guidence. My phone was fresh out the box with that problem.
