Help [Q] Dolby Atmos Stock Rom

Does it work well in stock? I tried V4A but was faced with random reboots until I deleted it then the random reboots stopped and went away.
I was running Katana rom but i had one issue that caused me to go back to stock have done my own modifications and Dolby Atom works fine for me

Yeah I've noticed there is a bit of a volume increase. Also noticed the volume steps is set to low right now with my headphones plugged in and i haven't even needed to move it a bit more up, already way loud enough!

I use CloudPlayer and steam my own 80Gb music collection from Google Drive.

I'm currently trying out Dolby ATMOS with my Shure s112 earbuds for comparison. I had no problems flashing it via recovery on Katana ROM. It won't conflict with ViPER4Android either, as long as you have it disabled.

I'd say Dolby's sound quality is on par with V4A (xHiFi version). And they're both just about as loud with my own settings. Dolby's EQ is also pretty intuitive, making it easier to tweak than V4A's. However, one feature that's sorely lacking for Dolby is the ability to save multiple custom profiles. Not all headphones are created equal.

Overall, Dolby ATMOS is a good alternative to ViPER4Android. I think I'll stick with it for a while.
