Help [Q] [Help]LG G2 D800/D8001 4G compatibily!

Hello guys, im looking to buy LG G2
From ebay it cost about 206dollars, but they have only the version D800 and D801, not the international version(D802).
Can you pls tell me if the D800/D801 will workin in 4G or 3G in my country ?
I live in Europe/ Albania, we don't have yet 4G here, but they are already testing 4G here and it will be aviable in the next month
For as i know the frequence of the 4G LTE will be 1800mhz

I don't really care about 4G(3G is fine), that phone just happend to be 4G
All i care is if that phone will work or not, i don't want to buy it and find out it does not work in my country.
