Help Qi charger not working.

Just got my Qi charger i ordered and it powers up with a Blue then red light but when I put my circle case on it nothing happens. Maybe it's defective not sure. Here are the pictures of my case and Qi charger.

I understand some of these wireless chargers are a bit finicky about device placement. Have you tried repositioning the phone on the charging pad in different places?

Two things I found that cause problems:

• Power supply needs to be able to provide 1.5 amps anything lower is does nothing or drains the battery.
• The Receiving coil in the back of the case has to be in the exact place otherwise the pickup brushes/pins don't connect.

If they are wireless charger is working, as soon as you phone is placed on the charger, it (the phone) will come alive & show charging.
