I've got an iPhone 4 right now, but it's not very good for podcasting, and 75% of what I use my phone for is podcasts. I like to listen to podcasts every chance I get. If you don't want to have to sync your iPhone with your computer every time you want to get new podcasts, the best alternative is an app called Podcaster. This works okay, but due to the iPhone's fake multitasking, it can never download anything in the background. Which means that most of the time I'm streaming, which puts me at the mercy of AT&T's network if I'm out of the house. So, finally to the question! Does Google Listen update in the background? When I decide to open up Listen, will all my podcasts be sitting there, downloaded and ready to listen to without waiting for buggy streaming over edge?
