I just got the new Motorola Droid Pro and got the $15 a month 150mb plan from Verizon with it. I've had the phone for a little over a day and have already used 20mb. This mainly because I forgot to connect to the wifi at my house for the first day. Anyway, I want to make it so that I only use 3G data when I want to. I already changed the wifi sleep setting to never so if I have wifi within range I never use 3G. So now when I'm out and about away from wifi I want my phone to only get data when I open an application like Facebook or the browser. If that isn't possible than is there a way I can make it so my phone only receives data like once every hour or so? Thanks.

If you want to root your Pro using Z4Root, you can install Droid Wall and use that to make all ur apps use only Wifi for Data or block data altogether.....
