Question about "Network Signal Info" app

Using version 1.66.5 currently - I just went from a 3G phone to a 4G phone (Galaxy S3) and in the subject app on the 3G it would show the signal strength in dbm (I.E. -74dbm) but when my new 4G phone is in 4G LTE mode instead of seeing dbm reading I see a series of 5 or 6 numbers with (100%) right after those numbers.

Any idea why this app doesn't seem to correlate the signal strength for 4G like it does for 3G.

I am thinking there is a setting in the phone or the app I need to set or unset but cannot find one.

I guess not may folks use the Network Signal Info app. oh well.. It seems some apps do not convert the signal strength to -dbm in 4G LTE mode.

Anyone know of an app that does?
