Hello, While purchasing the Motorola Droid from Best Buy in December, I also purchased what I was led to believe was an extended policy to protect the phone from loss or theft. Unfortunately, I have now misplaced the phone (Ok-lost) and am trying to communicate with Best Buy regarding this problem. I have my receipt; however, it does not appear that Best Buy covers phones under their Replacement Policy from loss or theft. Has anyone had a similar incident with a policy? I've researched on the Best Buy website and have not been able to find anything that addresses this. Thank you.
